Was a good base for trip. The room itself was updated with fresh linens and comfortable bed, as for instance. The most outstandingly accommodating staff I ever met...

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
Located just a couple of blocks from the plaza, it's surrounded by charming restaurants and shops. The friendly staff did their best to keep it tidy. I loved the fresh water dispenser in the lobby. It's a lovely touch!

I really enjoyed the small pool area that helped beat the heat and the convenient free parking at night. The room was comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. I would return if I'm in the area again.

Location is a true highlight
We were just a stroll away from the cathedral and lively plazas. Staff genuinely cared was nice.
The room was quite cramped and had an unfortunate moldy smell that was hard to ignore. The cleanliness could use a serious upgrade. It felt neglected.

The high ceilings created a refreshing atmosphere in our large room. The building's Spanish colonial style added to the charm of our stay.

We loved exploring the nearby Jose Peon Contreras Theater and found the central location super convenient. The air conditioning in our room worked well, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a better room when we requested it. Having a small kid.
My kids wished the playground area could be cleaner. It would be great if they improved maintenance in common areas for better family comfort.

The location of the hotel is prime, placing you just a stone's throw from bustling city attractions. The charming Spanish colonial architecture and the cozy courtyard offer a nice ambiance to unwind after a day out.
We faced a few challenges . The first room was disappointingly cramped, smelling damp and lacking windows, feel more like a box than a place to relax. Even in the second room, there were lingering odors, and the bathroom had a noticeable smell. There were also issues with the cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel, such as old and cracked tiling, paint that was peeling, and insufficient lighting in the rooms. Wi-Fi only worked well near the reception area.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's right in the city center with fantastic restaurants all around. The spacious double room offered a lot of comfort. The cleaning was on point, with a sparkly clean vibe throughout my stay. Staff were friendly, always ready to lend a hand. Complimentary drinking water was a nice touch. The internet connection was very slow, frustrating when I needed to work. The shower had a few quirks. Sometimes the water didn't flow properly. I also noticed some areas needed sprucing up, like the courtyard. Despite these hiccups, my overall stay was pleasant with enough charm to outweigh the drawbacks.
